Dr. Duane Ray McAlister

Dr. Duane Ray McAlister is a native of Madera, California. He was raised in a Christian home with strict Christian values. He had praying parents who served as the Pastoral leaders of Hull Street Church Of God In Christ (COGIC) in Madera, California. They kept him before the Lord, knowing there was a call on his life.

Pastor Duane McAlister begin pastoring the Power House COGIC in March of 2002. He is married to his lovely wife; Missionary Beverly McAlister of 18 years, devoted father, grandfather and godfather. 

Pastor McAlister currently holds several positions in the California Valley Jurisdiction: Auxiliaries in Ministry Chairman, Executive Board Chairman and he was installed as the II Administrative Assistant to the Jurisdictional Prelate; Samuel L. Doyle in November 2017. Dr. McAlister believes in education receiving a Liberal Arts Degree from Fresno City College, biblical diploma from The Faith Bible Institute and obtaining his Doctrine of Theology from the BC Graham Theological Seminary.

Pastor McAlister is also a member of the West Fresno Ministerial Alliance. He is known for being a giver and supporter to the body of Christ. He has a very unique passion and approach to preaching and teaching God’s word. He has a sincere love for all people, especially his Power House Church family.
